Locked How to disable firmware updates in windows?

the laptops or pc's where windows 8 to 11 is installed, windows update automatically download bios update aka firmware update, and update it,
But i want to disable firmware update..

How can this be achieved?
Please somebody help on this...

Updates can be stopped for drivers (Firmware)

1. sysdm.cpl > Hardware > Device Installation Settings > Select "No"
(Note: This will also affect other drivers )

) / windows update troubleshooter to selectively download updates and hide the firmware
3. You can also disable it from your BIOS (only if your BIOS has an option like that)

In my opinion BIOS updates are essential, cuz they provide performance / security / compatibility updates to improve / safeguard our system.
