Locked How to enable auto-updates when disabled by Windows build?

I've downloaded a build of Windows that has disabled windows update. Is it possible to change the settings somehow so that it can download windows updates again?

Nope. Once removed it's gone. Download and install full ISO of Windows.

It would be better to say what build of Windows it is. Can you give the link? (Only if it is from here)
Updates are disabled or removed? There is difference.

1- In case the Windows Update Service is DISabled, you can use the following steps to enable it through Registry:

Windows Update Registry Settings: Windows 11​

1. Click the Start button, type "regedit" in the Search field, and then open the Registry Editor.
2. Navigate to the registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Policies > Microsoft > Windows > WindowsUpdate > AU.
3. In the right pane of the registry editor, select NoAutoUpdate and turn it to 0 to enable automatic updates. The other option, 1, activates this feature, thus disabling automatic updates.
4. Select AUOptions in the right pane and ensure it is not set to 1, which disables automatic updates.

2- In case the Windows Update is REmoved, you can't enable it.

In some cases cleaning up the Windows WinSXS folder may break window update. Thus the service is not retrievable. ​
