Install .Net Framework 3.5 using Command Prompt
To perform this process, we need any of the following options:

A DVD Disc of Windows 10.
An ISO image of Windows 10.

For ISO image, right click on it and select the “Mount” option:

Take note of the drive letter of the mounted ISO.

For the DVD it will only be necessary to mount it on your Optical Disc Drive

Now, launch the command prompt cmd as administrator and there, execute the following line:

Dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /All /Source:G:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess

Note: Remember that the letter G must be changed by the letter where you have mounted the ISO of Windows 10 or your DVD or USB drive.
This command will start the process of installing .NET Framework 3.5:

It’s that simple to install .Net Framework 3.5 in Windows 10 offline without downloading anything from the internet.​

Yes , this is the easiest and most comprehensive method and i just find it as luxury for new comers to windows 10 and even 11.

I can send you orginale script. its just cmd script.bat to .exe
It detect dotNetfx35.cab from USB, DVD and folder.
i new to this but I scanned the Mega folder containing the download and it came out clean?

Doesn't look like ransomware either WhiteLocks. Colion scanned the URL and not the actual file, but the results of Virus Total look more like false positive. Let's all be careful about how we call things and check as much as we can before we call for bans.

Virus Total does 2 kinds of scans.
1. The traditional file scan we all know
2. A web page scan to see if there is bad code on a web page

Those 2 are scanning and looking for totally different things.

In the future, you need to perform a file scan by uploading the actual files and link that result and don't use the URL scan.
