Locked How to recover deleted files on windows

Hello all
how are you doing, i would like to ask about Lost Files, accidentally i have formated a Hard Drive using CMD and now i cant recover my data, i uset Get Databack software, Ease usd Data recovery but nothing appeared, does any one know an other way of how to recover lost files.?

Dear Alb Star follow these steps.

1. open CMD as administrator.
2. Type diskpart into it and hit Enter.
3. Type list disk and press Enter.
4. Type select disk and press Enter.
5. Type rescan and hit Enter.
6. Wait for the scan process to complete.
7. Check if your files are recovered at the end.
