Hello All,
I don't post much here but, I thought you all could use my guide to install both hypervisors on the same PC.
Here are the steps:

NOTE: Windows 10 OS level must be 2004 or greater version.

Use Turn Windows Features on or off:
Control Panel => Select turn Windows features on or off from top left.
This will open up Turn Windows Features on or off Selections.
Next, Select these features:
(A) Hyper-V Platform
(B) Management Tools
(C) Windows Hypervisor Platform

After these features finish installing, reboot.

When PC restarts, install VMWare Workstation 15.5.x or greater.
There is an option to install and configure necessary change, please select it.
NOTE: If you choose not to install this change, it will need to be done manually.

This is trivially useless, it is similar to installing both microsoft office and libre office on the same machine.

A more useful guide would be a way to install these hypervisors inside one another using versions that still support older OSes as hoste where doing recursive VM software installation didn't go so well.
