I Need The Help For Windows 10

Dear all.

i have issue with windows 10.
i cant install the any Medicines. if i extract the Medicines file it will automatic delete.
so please help to install the Medicines for adobe and Microsoft

my windows 10 vision: windows 10pro
it is update on yesterday 27/08/2017

please help me and give me the feedback.

Turn your anti virus OFF and disable Windows Defender.. BTW if you doing a new fresh install there shouldnt be a problem..

Do as @TheMacGyver Said. Also run any Medicines files as administrator unless instructed to do otherwise.

Perhaps read the "fix" before trying to use Medicines ...it normally says to turn of AV before trying any Medicines
