yup you're right. i think the site doesn't allow vpn. so either try another browser. or alternativetly download; idm 6.36 build 7 full, the tool is present there. (only if you don't have problem with that site). Good luck hunting

also i beleve you're using opera, so make sure the browser default vpn is off

just search idm extention for chrome in google; and you'll be able to set idm for your chrome.
