imDesktop will immensely boost the entertainment level of the user desktop by allowing him to play videos, audios and animated gifs as its wallpaper in the background. When the user computer is inactive, it doubles as a video screensaver too so that the user can watch its favourite videos.
The application can turn any file user throw at it into wallpaper. imDesktop supports all multimedia formats like static images (PNG/JPG/JPEG/BMP), videos (MP4/AVI/WMV/WVC/MPEG) and even audio files (MP3/WAV/AAC) can be processed and placed in the background. Furthermore, imDesktop is straightforward to use and supports drag and drop, so to expand the list, just drag more files. To change the wallpapers, use the "Set as wallpaper" button, which instantly takes effect.
A user can configure the wallpaper interval, play mode, stretch mode and volume on the Settings dialogue with a few clicks. imDesktop only uses minimal CPU and memory resources. It automatically detects fullscreen and maximized applications to pause animations when playing games or watching movies. imDesktop offers a button that lets the user browse through a catalogue of items with free download possibility.
imDesktop is a neat app that let us use any multimedia files as wallpaper and offers a database with a good number of live wallpapers from where a user can choose and download its favourite wallpapers. Its a simple and easy-to-use UI and would not cause any problem with the app operation.
