or

which would you take and why?

Either versions works for general users

Tor Browser is good out of the box, latest version is below
torbrowser-install-win64-10.0.7_en-US.exe

Not sure what you would be using Tor, for someone from the Philippines
but Please do not torrent over Tor

Ultrasurf would be your alternative if you wanna torrent or view some NSFW

that's not really the question, I would just like to know whether it's on Windows or on my RDP (remot desktop protocol) with ip in the Netherlands would it be smarter to install
