there wont be any need of a readme file as this is a portable version....Click "InternetDownloadManagerPortable.exe" file and start using the program as you like

yup, they have ads. | try using the extention for your browser; "Popup Blocker Strict". Install it, from your browser web store and then it'll block the ads. | and you'll be good to go.

yes, it'll kick out the default idm out of the browser and will take its place. | its like you got a new idm installed.
