IObit Screen Recorder is a user-friendly application for all those who want to quickly capture the video and audio of their computer, then save the result for later playback, analysis, or even upload. The main window of the application is intuitive even for those who are not accustomed to this type of software. Users need to start by choosing the screen size, such as full screen, a certain window, or a user-defined region. Next, the user can specify if he wants to also capture the speaker stream, the microphone audio, and the mouse cursor. Nonetheless, more experienced users might also be looking for the possibility to overlay shapes, text messages, or freehand drawings while recording.
Before go ahead and begin recording, the user needs to take the time and explore the available destination formats supported by IObit Screen Recorder. If the user wants to record a video, several formats are available, such as MP4, AVI, FLV, MKV, MOV, TS, and GIF, and a user can modify additional parameters like size (4K included), frame rate, quality, and bitrate. To take some snapshots user can save them as JPG, BMP, or BMP, whereas the audio-only files can be exported to MP3, AAC, AC3, FLAC, or WMAV2. Extra settings you can modify are frame rate, frequency, and channels.
A very handy function of IObit Screen Recorder is that of uploading user's recordings online, to platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, Facebook, Google Drive, and Dropbox. It goes without saying the valid credentials are required before user can complete the upload process.
