I am not going to imprint much here, but of the cases mentioned everywhere, I find that the DMCA protocol is being literally misused and used more to harass, or run on a whim, instead of the correct road/actionable.
The useless stuffs for which DMCAs are sent varies from what not to nothing in the lines.
Go through once, and I hope these useless pieces of so called showcasers get some tone down, and not run like pig heads.
