Locked ITSM logging incident software

Hi,

Wondering if there was any basic ITSM ticketing system for tracking and logging IT faults or incidents.

Needs to be offline installation, non cloud based for under 10 people. Doesn't need to be feature rich, just for tracking and logging details and to have a record of it. Maybe produce a summary of outstanding issues and that's as far as it should go.

Any ideas what I should use? Everything these days is cloud based which is not what I want.

You may want to check osTicket. It is an open source tool that I think will meet your requirements.
