Locked Link issue

Hello

I got a welcome message from Mr. Spacely for my new joining in this community. The message was an image but if I click on the image it says "Oops you are not allowed to see this content or page" I would have asked this directly to Mr. Spacely but I couldn't able to message him and that's why I am posting it here. If this is a link issue kindly do solve this.
