Locked Lost .torrent Files

I had recently had a hard disk failure and lost everything. I currently have hit and runs because of it and can't download the .torrent files again. I want to get them into my seed box so I can start seeding them again. Is there a possible way to do this? I have searched but I may be using the wrong terms. Thanks

If you have lost .torrent and program files, there is no way to recover them. Everything is freeleech atm so you need to start again. This will be your one chance. H&R reset for you.
