It seems that you didn't seed previous downloads for very long so you have almost no bonus points to convert to ratio.
As far as I can see you don't have any files that you can seed now. That means you can't use things that you have already downloaded to get bonus points from seeding.
You could download freeleech torrents and seed those to get bonus points but that will take a long time because your ratio is really bad.
The quick way out of this mess is to buy
