Looking for a Photo Viewer similar to the one Windows 10 uses now, for The latest

Windows 10 Enterprise 2021 LTSC 21H2 19044.1348 x64​

One that will display everything and also Play the gifs images I have..

For me nothing can beat Xnview. It is my default viewer, and in fact looks very much like File Explorer. It has a large number of graphic formats it can view and there is even a plugin for pdf. When I need to print screen, I tell Xnview to import clipboard and I can crop however I like and save. Xnview has a lot of settings if you like, and can also run with less if that is what is preferred. It can also be used for scanning. still needs the scanner/all in one utility. From there, I don't use Photoshop or any other graphic program to scan, I just use Xnview. There are several flavors of Xnview and it is free.

I agree faststone does a better work compared to irfanview. I use faststone at times, else win7 image viewer.
