@4petesake You can use 7-Zip. After installing 7-Zip, you can simply double-click a DMG file to open it and browse its contents. If you'd like to extract the files from the DMG so they're easier to work with, right-click the DMGfile, point to the “7-Zip” menu, and then choose one of the extraction options.

@Jimmie thanks for the reply.
for all who are having issues, below is what I did to get it up and running:
1. Downloaded the torrent (.dmz file)
2. Extract the DMZ using 7zip
3. followed the instructions in the first post and I got the MAC OS running.

@sujatha1983 Looks like you had issue with the downloaded file. I would recommend you to delete your current downloaded file and torrent, re-download it again. Best way to extract files is with 7-Zip. Please try it again and let me know if I can help you.

Hello, being in the loading step, the bar loads and restarts again and so ... some solution.
thanks in advance and for the work

Sorry, this is what appears at the top left: efi vmware virtual sata hard drive (0.0) not average. I was looking and I don't know how to solve it, maybe it's because of my processor (Pentium G4560) ??, I followed the steps correctly detailed in the post. Thank you

@pilo022 Your processor (Pentium G4560) supports virtualization.
Can you make a screenshot of where your system is stuck? Also another screenshot of your guest settings please.

The loading bar with the logo, loads a little and thus, the installer never starts and the error that I described above flashes above...

@pilo022 I would suggest you to delete your current guest OS. With all its data. Then create it following all steps in this thread. Try it maybe will fix your issue.

genius. cheers, mate.

what are you using to extract? I'm getting a .dmg

7zip solved it. 100% works. You're the man, Jimmie. They should promote you to Major.

Thanks for this marvellous release @Jimmie , however, I'm having this problem...

Here are my specs- (I have AMD SVM turned on in bios but hyper-v not enabled in windows features)

@EzioKP6 macOS does not support the majority of AMD processors. Mostly Intel. Definitely Hyper-V must be turned on from your BIOS setup settings. Delete everything you made, enable Hyper-V Technology on your System BIOS and try reinstalling again.
