Locked Mail address change

Hello,
I have a little problem.
My mail address got hacked and if I get logged out on my Laptop, I'll not be able to access my gmail account anymore.
My question is, if you could change my mail address to my personal one, before the hacker discovers that I'm on this forum and decides to do some serious damage to my reputation on this forum or possibly gets me banned.
I would be really glad if you could help me.
