I guess you have messed up things.
Have you download the iso correctly?
Have you touch anything inside the iso?

i burned the iso to usb and it started up. when i press install i get .. Windows could not collect information for OSImage since the specified image file install.wim does not exist

This is something related to the burning process. The iso is bootable itself. You can use Rufus or any other tools. I checked all files. Everything works so fine.

using rufus to burn this into thumb drive. when i try to boot from usb, i directly goes into windows and when trying to install the windows within the windows, it doesnt detect the hdd...
