Microso 20232ft Office 2021 16.0.14131 - Cannot Activate

Downloaded this Office and also Mni KMS Medicines Ultimate 2.9.7z.

I get a virus message when I try to activate so my Office is not activated. Help please?

OK, done that. But my AV prevents me from going to website renewsoftware.com
