I'm having problems with the install @Jerry_Xristos, when initiating a word document I get the error "You can't make this change because the selection is locked" which is the result of inactivation of the product. Do you need to turn the internet connection off, install office, install volumelicense, open office and then turn internet back on?

No other has complained here and especially for an issue like you describe.
Just uninstall it turn your internet connection on and install it again in case you have your connection off, everything needs connection at this days......................
