Do try these below ,& check your partition type is it MBR or other
right click my computer-manage-Disk Management-click on the Whole drivelike in image given

You must be registered for see links

if you are creating a bootable USB through Rufus or poweriso
Rufus - MBR as partition scheme then Target System - Bios(or UEFI-CSM) if not GPT with UEFI(non CSM).
Poweriso - Image ->USB Drive->write method(USB-HDD)->File System(NTFS(bios) or FAT32(UEFI).

ISO can not burn to USB, tried MBR, FAT32 POWERISO and RUFUS, must be my laptop BIOS, I can get into the Windows Setup screen by TEAMOS but no image found.
