Locked MS Project 2019

Good day

I have installed MS project 2019 in windows 10. I also attempted sequential installation, but continually receiving this error.
"we noticed you have just updated your license. Please reboot Microsoft project for the changes to take effect"

Go here, download and run, reboot, and reinstall office.
