Locked Need Help for (Windows is in Notification Mode) the Issue

I clone My Entire Old System, with the help of AOMEI Backup.
After I place it in New Laptop I can't activate my Window 😞. Please anyone can Help me.

Cloning any computer to another is Never a good idea and the computer that receives the image will most likely never run to full potential...

I encountered similar to your problem before and I noticed that if the system can’t activate via digital license method you need to use other method like online kms or offline kms method

You can't activate it if it was previously activated using OEM license since it is not transferrable.
Use the recommended Medicines or
Reinstall the system and copy the old C:\Users over it
