The site does provide a basic RSS feed.
If you want to automatically download anything then you'll have to source and configure a suitable feed reader yourself.

You can use QBittorrent RSS option to auto download, and or use Jackett to configure the download. I use Jackett myself, and my TOS is functioning there.

Awesome! Thanks for the quick responses.
HOWEVER..... the feed is ONLY of the replies/responses to CURRENT & NEW threads. NEW are included but most are old threads that have new replies. How do I know this? I have a feed reader setup so I can monitor daily posts.
