Locked nlite need help how to create desktop folder

i have a problems trying to get a folder(software) to desktop using nlite..but i cant do it
i use the OEM- $$ - Software
after unattend installation windows 10.. i only find it in c:\windows\Software
can sometime help me or guide me how to create to desktop,really be apperciated
hope to hear from you guys,team os are the best i can ask for help

When ISO was created, there should be a $OEM$ folder in the SOURCES directory. Inside this is a $$ folder and a $1 folder. Unattended applications and scripts go in the $$ folder and items you want on desktop go in the $1 folder.

The folder structure for $1 is as follows. X:\sources\$OEM$\$1\Users\Public\Desktop\ (X being a random letter I chose for drive)

Put any folders or files you want copied to the desktop in there. Re-create the ISO and boot to test.

NOTE: If you arent sure how to work with ISO's to edit them and make them bootable, then I'd either google it or refer to a friend who knows. It can render your ISO worthless if done wrong.

It will only show on desktop AFTER install of the OS. Must go thru the entire install process.

@Morningornight I have these already made up for my installs. I use one for LTSB/C and another for Pro. I could zip em up and give you a link via PM, then all you have to do is place the appropriate one in the sources folder, make the ISO bootable, and good to go my friend

Did you do it exactly the way @00Proteus00 described above? If you did then it would work. Did you also put the $OEM$ folder in the Sources folder?

on a side note, make SURE you disable anti-virus when playing with these folders and files. The Medicines throw an ALERT and most virus detectors delete the files.

every time I start a new build, 1st thing I do is shutdown antivirus

same here when i install something that is having a meds / cure ,
then we need better to shut down the anti virus and anti spyware programs ...
or it will be killed ...

my friend we both are pro's so we know this
others need to learn
