So i am building a website and need large amount of unique web traffic. Does anyone know of a program that i can input a url and it will run through a proxy list or something like that?

Well, if you want to do it for free, there's no easy way. First you're gonna need multiple proxies that you have access to, then writing scripts to rotate around them to generate the traffic.
Fortunately, there are many services for such thing, but they for sure don't do it for free.
