Finally my problem solved. For some reason, from my PC chrome completely omitted the 'download' button. I should have checked with other browsers. But didn't exactly understand the problem. Now downloading...again with chrome, but from my mobile. All problem solved. Thanx for trying to help me. Appreciate it!

i already installed panda... i am new to this. if deselect Suggest scanning every USB drive inserted into the PC will it still protect my PC if USB is infected..
