Instructions followed exactly, but still asking for app to be registered. Reinstalled and repeated instructions, but same result. Might it be needed to block the app's internet access in the firewall?

Edit: It seems to be only be the remove restrictions function that is not working.

What do you mean by "asking for app to be registered"?
I installed it and I don't see any error messages about it not being registered.
I'm not seeing any pop-up dialogue boxes that expect user names or passwords.

If I try to use the Remove Restrictions function a pop-up appears saying: Activate the program to proceed now! This is the free trial version...

The Recover Passwords function seems to be working fine though.

I think iit should remain. Most of the functions seem to work perfectly, thank you.

unfortunately overwriting the main EXE per the instructions yields the same results as the first user posted... it is still free version and not full. I haven't tried blocking connections to the app but the instructions simply stated to just copy the EXE. Either way, I am going to get a newer version of the app. Thanks anyway!
