The answer is in the warning.

You said "I tried to attach it to front port...". What ever "it" is, it draws more power than your PC can supply.
Perhaps "it" is broken, perhaps you need to buy a new "it" that uses less power, or perhaps your PC is at fault.
If "it" is a USB hub then buy a powered hub.

How do you fix a power surge on a hub port error?

3 fixes for Pow Surge on Hub Port:
  1. Run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.
  2. Uninstall all your USB controllers.
  3. Update your USB controller driver.
What causes power surge on the USB port?

Power surge on the USB port – Unknown USB Device needs more power than the port can supply.
A USB device has malfunctioned and exceeded the power limits of its hub port. You should disconnect the device

hi did you try this ?

This most likely is not a software issue. No point trying to add/remove drivers, or run troubleshooter. Do this easy test please and tell us before we move on.

A. Disconnect all external USB devices, and reconnect one by one on the same port: Do you get the issue? If yes on which device? Try all the devices and see if you get more than one error.
B. If you do have a problematic device, try connecting them to another port (preferably try both back and front USB ports), do you get the error using a different port?
C. Connect all other devices except the problematic one, do you get any errors?

The error is most likely one of the 2 things: Either a USB device/cable is faulty or a port/motherboard/Power supply is having issues. Most likely is a USB device in which case you must return it and get a new one and stop trying to make it work, you may cause more problems to the PC. You can examine the ports and cable connectors and see if anything is broken.

Waiting for your answer.
