Locked Proxy, VPN or Data center IP are not allowed here

Hello, I've been having this problem for 2 months. If I don't log in, I can see the forum but from the moment I log in it gives this error. I'm getting access using mobile data from my cell phone, but not on my wifi.

You must be using a VPN to access the internet and as the message clearly says, the use of VPN/proxy is not allowed when accessing this site for security reasons. The VPN restrictions get activated when a user logs in as then it has full access to the content.

Note that you need to set VPN off ONLY for visiting the site. As far as torrents go you can still do it through VPN for additional protection.

What error do you mean?
Please share a screenshot.

If you refer to the error mentioned in the title, I will tell you that the IP of your mobile data is most likely different from the IP of your WIFI and for some reason is blacklisted or interpreted as a proxy or VPN.
Are you sure that you do not have a proxy configured on your mobile?

Supposedly he doesn't use VPN or proxy, but by changing the connection from WIFI to mobile data that may be happening.

@MAXPR1NT, before opening TeamOS page and after you start the mobile data, clear your browser's cache, cookies and temps, you can use CCleaner or some similar program if you don't know how to do it or to do it quickly.

After that, open CMD console and run these commands (one by one, copy paste and press Enter):
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
netsh winsock reset
Restart the PC and try to enter TeamOS.
