Hello, so can anyone request a custom OS, ofc course for whichever price the creator will ask?

Also, I have 2 active hit and runs.. I had to format the drive with my main win 10 and reinstall them so I lost the files in utorrent. Would it be okay if I download the same files again so I can start seeding?
