This has been very useful to me since i downloaded in march. for anyone who gets the error you can make a batch file that deletes the contents of "C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Entitlement Client\v8" then you create a new task to run at windows logon and select the batch file. this will delete the contents of the entitlement folder at logon and problem solved.

I think he means a simple batch file to delete the specified folder. like this

del "C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Entitlement Client\v8" /s /q

Save this as a .bat file and then use Task Scheduler to create a task that runs it at windows log on.
