Locked quickbooks torrent not seeding

i just downloaded quickbooks 2021 uk and its not uploading anything but only seeding. i want to avoid hit and run, so when can i know that it has uploaded enough data so that i can stop and transfer it ?

It does not matter that nobody is downloading from you. The fact that you are seeding is enough. Seed for 72 hours minimum and you will be OK.
