hi i have a problem with a virus type R2U,
is there anyone here who can provide a solution to restore my encrypted files??? please help. . . ! ! !

I would format real good and do a complete fresh install.. No upgrading.

what is the extension of the ransomware. If it is an online ransomware then it is not possible to decrypt. Only solution for online ransomware is to have a backup or reformat. But if it is offline then decryption is possible.

@HowlingWolf As suggested above get a clean format & start understanding need for regular backups for important files & keep away from unknown sites.. Ransomware usually you will not be able to get your files back 100% even if you get it i suggest donot keep it there maybe keyloggers or any such things installed & might not keep you safe.. thank you for the advice, I really appreciate it, but I just want the encrypted file I can open it again even though it's not 100% this virus is also not detected by the default Windows anti virus defender, it makes me wonder

use an ad blocker, recommend adguard
stay away from unknown sites. if you can't find an app on TeamOS most probabily you will not find it, especially if it's payed. I stayed without av for years and didn't have any problem. And when entered some free adult content thru Google babam! (hadn't even ad blocker at that time). And backup, at least sensitive data.
