Just checked on Virus total and you can see the results:

from this report what I am able to see is this:

only 2-3 are reporting this as Malware (But those companies aren't that good on scoring so I won't trust those results eventhough some might)

facebook pasword snatching (that's idiotic)

trojan (nothing new as most of the antiviruses term patches as trojans)

autoKMS (that is what this is for)

rest 43 antiviruses are claiming that the file is clean and won't harm the PC (these include Bitdefender, Comodo, DrWeb, F-Secure, nProtect, TrendMicro, etc which are damn good at finding real viruses)

Kaspersky, Symantec (Norton), AVG and Avast are terming this as Potentially unwanted application (and not a virus)

I too installed this on my running sytem and it is working without any problem and not adware in installed (I have Avast Premier and Malwarebytes running in background on Severe mode at all times)

It is upto you whether you want Medicines apps or want to buy Original apps and software.

If you don't want these application (and the malwares which you are claiming) then you should go buy these softwares. You should download these patchers and then say that these contain viruses buddy.

virus total, and real world detections are diffrent.
try this program with all the security disabled (bcoz this is author expect user to do while using kms)
