RoboTask enables a user to automate any combination of tasks on a computer, ranging from simply launching applications to checking email, moving or backing up files to uploading or downloading, sending an email and much more. The program allows to quickly create a simple task, as well as highly complex automation, involving conditional IF/ELSE statements, loops, custom variables, and other advanced options.
Just a few minutes with RoboTask will give the user plenty of ideas of how he can increase own productivity. RoboTask can accommodate just about any simple or complex automation, without the need to create batch files or write complicated scripts, as it uses a visual interface that lets user select and combine action to fit his needs.
There is a wide range of actions for working with files, internet, FTP, email, datasets, windows, and much more. The extensive support for conditional activities allows a user to not only create an automated task, but they can also be executed automatically if certain conditions apply (e.g., if a file is moved, internet connection goes down, if there is new email, etc.). RoboTask can run as a service, allowing a user to have automated tasks take place, even if the user is not logged on.
Here are some examples of what RoboTask can do for user:
- Runs applications and open documents;
- Manages automatic backups;
- Alerts user of any changes in folders;
- Shuts down Windows and powers off user computer triggered by any event he chooses;
- Processes files and folders (copies, moves, renames, deletes);
- Works with FTP and Web servers (downloads, uploads, etc.);
- Sends letters and files by e-mail;
- Starts and stops Windows NT services;
- Sends network messages as WinPopups;
- Acts as an alarm clock;
- and much more.
Truthfully, that is just a tiny list of things RoboTask can do! A user can probably think of many annoying things have to do on a computer. Well, RoboTask can do all of them!
ADDED: New option. Menu Options->Scale. A user can change the scale of application windows from 100% to 200%;
ADDED: New portable utility - Network Command. It is a command-line and GUI utility duplicates "Send Command" action;

MODIFIED or IMPROVED: Increased the security of parameters of RoboTask. Now RoboTask encodes the information about internal users and pre-defined connections in system registry;
MODIFIED or IMPROVED: Improved SFTP open action. Now user can use own private certificate directly at login process;
MODIFIED or IMPROVED: Improved Find Element by Image action. Now the moving the mouse cursor is the optional operation. Now user can use this action to check the element exists on the screen;
MODIFIED or IMPROVED: Improved Open Dialog action. Now user can select several files;
MODIFIED or IMPROVED: Reduced the number of warnings "Try to start the task again" to 1 per minute;
MODIFIED or IMPROVED: Now user can rename the task by pressing F2;
BUG FIXED: Fixed a bug Run CommandLine Utility action. Sometimes it missed the end of the output stream (last line);
MODIFIED or IMPROVED: Many other small improvements and bug fixes.

System requirements:
OS: Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/2003/2008/Vista/7/8/10/2012 (both 32 & 64-bit);
RAM: 128MB RAM;
HDD: 40MB of free disk space and 15MB of open disk space for additional plug-ins above;
Note: RoboTask do not support Windows 95-Me/NT4, and there are no versions for other platforms such as Linux, Mac OS X, etc.
