Samsung 64gb Evo Error

dearest teamos, hello i have a problem and i believe you or someone here can help me. i have a samsung micro sd 64gb evo card, it was by default after format 59.4 gb, well i had some errors on it and lost some important files and picture, i did a surface test and did a ckdsk, and it looks like i gotten fix, but the problem is now it says it has 97.8gbs, is there a app or something that will bring it back to its correct state and rewright the mbr coorrectley, before there was a app that you could edit the mbr or start and end of a drive, copy the info and set it for another drive, but i dont remember the name of it, so please can someone please help me and thank you

MiniTool Partition Wizard Technician ->

You must be registered for see links

Step 1. Launch MiniTool Partition Wizard Free and choose the target disk which has a corrupted MBR.
Step 2. Right-click the target disk and choose Rebuild MBR option.
Step 3. Click Apply to start repairing the MBR on the hard drive.
