Locked Seeding vs 3 days

The suggestion is to seed for 3 days or seed as much as is downloaded

If a large download is not seeded fully by the 3rd day, how that that work then.

That is hypothetically, download is 4.5 gigs
By day three, 3.4 gigs is seeded

The 3 day requirement has been met, and there is no hit and run, but does the total ratio go down? (for seeding and downloading ratio)

Just seed for three days so you don't get H&R. Of course your ratio will go down if you don't match the full 4.5 GB and only seed back 3.4 GB.

How does this work? I am seeding all my downloads but I don't see an upload speed on my torrent app. So unless I've matched the downloaded size, my ratio will continue to go down because I have insufficient upload?

I think they yield seedbonus points which you can convert as uploaded GB.

That is correct but, even if there is no actual uploading, you will still be earning seedbonus points.
You can convert those bonus points to upload credit.
