Sharp World Clock is a multifunctional desktop World Clock, Alarm Clock, Time Zone Clock, Time Zone Converter, Calendar Widget and Feed Reader for Windows. It is an advanced desktop clock that shows the time for an unlimited number of locations around the world, along with handy information like local weather, sunrise, and sunset times about the selected cities. Clocks can be placed into a row/column/array or even undocked from the main window; borders and background are optional for full integration into user Windows desktop.
Although it is by definition a world clock, the application does even more than that, with the desktop clocks showing the current time and flags of the configured locations. Furthermore, crucial though is what is hiding under the settings screen. A user can add as many cities as he wants and doing this is impressively comfortable. Besides the fact that user can navigate to very own locations by choosing the continent, country, city, and state, users are also allowed to quickly search for a town by writing down its name or by entering its coordinates.
At the same time, the user is provided with a bunch of details, such as sun and moon phases, along with an interactive map to pick any desired location quickly. Additionally, a user can check out information on the temperature for any city, a weather forecast for the next four days, and wind speed.
Sharp World Clock also comprises a feed reader as well as an alarm tool that can be triggered hourly, weekly, monthly and annually. Plus, the user can place a widget-like calendar on desktop, perform time zone calculations, and view the time zone displayed for different locations at the same time.

- Newly designed time zone calculator, with intuitive meeting scheduler;
- Unlimited alarms with single/count-down/daily/weekly/monthly/annual/periodic alarms;
- Separate (optional) date label additionally to the time label;
- Spoken time and read-aloud messages in the alarm center... and more.
What is new in version 8.5 (Released on March 8, 2019):
- It is now possible to have a date/time label with line breaks (separator: "|"), so a user can show the date and the time in two separate lines;
- The city label can optionally be placed below the clock (new option "Position Top/Bottom");
- Fixed the "keep windows on screen area" function, which did not work properly on some multi-monitor environments;
- Fixed the "stick to border" (magnet) function, which now works on additional monitors;
- Annual appointments now show up in the calendar widget each year;
- Optimizations on the info popup positioning.
