Run the Medicines in the folder you are told to copy it to. Working for me after doing that.

Have you tried looking for a solution in Google or in manufacture website because uploading a thread doesn't mean we know how all softwares work.
You can wait for author to respond he might know

Looks like the developers have updated the software and disabled the pirated version. Someone has to Medicines the latest 1.3.3 ver. PI
