File size for these 2 apps is almost DOUBLE the file size from when it was released in January. Please tell us why.

That's why the file size has increased,
Because there are two types of steps, one is installation and the other is portable without installation.Choice is given in this.

I am aware of this, my question to you was based on the installer and portable size together (28mb) So are you saying the remaining 26mb is the menu system to select either version? Seems MUCH too large for this simplicity of task. Is this your own menu system or one found elsewhere?

The details I want to know about is WHY your posting of the same software posted other places since January is 2x the size. I am aware of what and how the software itself works.

Know what you mean, just downloaded the repack and portable version, Two installations less than 15mb.

What else is in there? Is it just filler to make his upload amount larger? Any application to select either app install? I'm not sure why he did not make members here aware that the application is not recent. When things are added/changed...makes we wonder.

Ahh.. in the post there is "copy Medicines and replace to install directory", that could be a modified executable or dll to copy over and account for extra mbs.
Add multilingual support for more size...
The LRepack I downloaded does not require a Medicines.
