Is there a Software that can measure for unconfined aqyuifer quality
If there is a magician here who has any idea

May be I have not understood your query, so sorry if I am totally wrong, but there are TDS meters that simply tell you the TDS of water after testing it using its probe. In my area our apartment is supplied water from underground well as well as water supplied by the government's central purification center. The underground water has high TDS and not suitable for drinking. We use it as non-potable water for other utilities.
