Locked START BLOCK MICRO KEYLOGGER

Hey,
I have installed a Win 10 pro from Nicky and it showing Keylogger on my computer.
There is 71 line command on Host file starting with [Start Block Micro Keylogger] and ending with [End Block Micro Keylogger].
Please tell me asap what is this. Is he spying ?.
