Direct StartIsBack++ 2.9.1 Multilingual (Phoenix repack)

Not working for me.after i begin the installation it just keeps saying hold esc to prevent it from loading while taskbar blinks. Also i am getting ''This verison is not intended with this version of windows'' in the install wizard.

Any fixes?

I don't know buddy, I'm using it and it seems it's working for others
