I read it the instructions but it says like this:
" please copy and paste this file in the SIB ++ install folder (StartIsBack)"
I asked because of this program there are 2 folders with the same name
one is in program files (x86) and the other in appdata what is the right path?

This is awesome, thank you. Install this on all my PC setups, its so much more lighter and easier used I find that standard windows start menu.

I installed it and there is not programs in the menu " all programs". Does Anyone know why ? ( Also SIB installed in app data, don't know why )
