Locked Suggestion for bonus points

Just a simple suggestion since we're all about sharing here at TeamOS. I think it would be a great idea if we could donate bonus points to others.

@inaccuratefool Your suggestion has been brought up more than once and considered. If allowed, then others won't be motivated to seed when they can get free BP from others and fix ratio. Unfortunately, sharing BP will not be allowed here. It will remain members responsibility to seed their torrents and collect their own bonus points. Staff is able to consider case by case whether or not to help a member based on past seeding and circumstances.

it's kinda annoying when find a new member first thread is in request section instead of in the introduction section
