its a false positive, when system files are re-written then antivirus are says its virus(which usually change system files)

Is there an easy way to reverse the changes made. The one thing I'm running into is that MS can't see I'm connected to the internet, - normally a good thing.
However a couple things I now can't use such as the spotify desktop app as well as the game pass app.
If there is no simple way to reverse fine. However if someone knows what I'm talking about and could link me to the solution that would be awesome thanks for reading,
