TeamOS Video Player v1.3 Beta

Audio Player : FLAC (opus) , MP4 (m4a), MPEG (mp3), Youtube (webm)
Video Player : AVI (avi), Matroska (mkv), MPEF (mp4), Windows Media Video (wmv)

This is a preview or Beta version that is still in development, which will be updated,
if there are colleagues who are interested in it.

I would like to receive ideas to add new features in successive versions.
I apologize if you find any fault in its operation, as the rush to publish it
before Halloween, I've been prevented from testing it long enough.

Its development has been with Visual Studio Enterprise 2022 Preview (17.8.0 Preview 5.0) using the
C# programming language and programmed with the Framework 8.0 (net8.0-windows).

I've used the following libraries outside of Microsoft:
- LibVLCSharp
- LibVLCSharp.WinForms
If a colleague is a C# programmer and is interested in collaborating on this or future projects
I'd be happy to hear from you.
Graphic designers and beta testers are also welcome.
